Curare Physician Recruiting
Regional health system in Iowa is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join their team in a PRN role. This position would cover two different Emergency Rooms located one hour apart. This physician-led, nonprofit organization offers comprehensive services and is known for excellence and quality patient care. Practice details include:
- Staffing Model: Physician coverage 40 hours daily, APP coverage 36 hours daily
- Variety of shifts per day
- 31 Bed ED
- Level 3 Trauma Center
- 2-dedicated trauma rooms
- 5 bed restricted access behavioral health area
- Designated primary stroke center
- Average 98 ED visits daily, 36,000 annually
- EPIC EMR
- 70 Bed Hospital
- 16 Bed ED including 4 ligature safe rooms for behavioral health patients
- Level 4 Trauma Center
- Average 55 ED visits daily
