Entry Level Technician

Entry Level Industrial Technician Location: Syracuse, NY

Pay: $20-$21/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Overtime Available

We are currently hiring Entry Level Industrial Technicians to support operations at a large-scale industrial plant in the Syracuse area. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors and indoors, and being part of a team-oriented environment. No specialized experience is required, but candidates with construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial labor backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Perform industrial cleanup and site maintenance throughout the facility.
• Assist with general labor tasks including moving materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting plant operations.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Work alongside experienced technicians, supervisors, and plant personnel on daily projects.
• Support ongoing facility upkeep and maintenance efforts as directed.

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable working around dust, debris, and varying weather conditions when required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from leadership.
• Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
