The Lead Caregiver position combines direct client care and the caregiver job description with responsibilities in training, mentoring, and operational support. The Lead Caregiver serves as a role model and resource for the caregiving team while providing office support and filling critical vacant shifts to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care for clients. This role corresponds to Level 5 of the NEPA Support Solutions Caregiver Ladder Program.

What You'll Do:

• Providing direct client care
• Leadership and conducting staff orientations including annual trainings
• Assisting in daily operations and office duties
• Shift Coverage and Flexibility
• Following individualized care plans
• Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

We're Looking for A Dependable Leader

2+ years professional home care or equivalent caregiving experience is needed. Looking for dependability, eagerness to learn, and willingness to grow with the company. You are a great fit if you:

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license or valid photo ID, Reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all employment requirements
• Smartphone with access to email/internet
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards
• Successful completion of all prior levels of the Caregiver Ladder Program or demonstrated equivalent competencies.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with office and field teams.
• 2+ years caregiving experience

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
