Title
Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule
Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Night shift)

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Up to date resume demonstrating at least 2 years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU.
- 4-5 years of ICU experience preferred, minimum of 2 years required.
- Required travel experience.
- Skills checklist matching specialty.
- Driver's license with address matching demographics.
- Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
- NURSYS Report for license verification with an active NY license and all active RN licenses.
- Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex.
- Heart experience highly preferred.
- EMR experience: EPIC.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
- Monitor patient condition and make critical decisions regarding patient care.
- Administer medications, manage IV lines, and perform necessary medical procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and medications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Compliance / Notes
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
- Scrub color: Navy.
- Floating required to all units except Behavioral and ER, unless holding.
