Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery night shift position requiring WA or compact RN license and advanced fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00
• 13-week contract length
• Required to work every 3rd weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required as needed within scope
• Uses Meditech EMR

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Two professional references required, each covering 2 years of experience in the specialty

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Local candidates are accepted
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Previous staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year to return as a traveler
