Please note: this is not a seasonal position and availability Saturday PM is required. Store hours: Monday - Saturday 10am - 8pm, Sunday 10am - 6pm. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide personalized styling advice based on the customer's needs Work well alongside team members, contributing to a supportive work dynamic Accurately process sales, returns and store credit using the POS system Maintain store cleanliness and help restock inventory Stay informed about merchandise and special events Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand and move around the store for long periods (up to 8 hours) Carry multiple items on hangers Squat down to restock low drawers Stand on a ladder Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. It seemed that most boutiques on Maui back in 2006 were beyond reach for the thousands of women who live and work on the island. Mahina’s co-founders thought a boutique that sold stylish clothing at more affordable prices may meet their needs.
