This PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist for a role built around focused care, not rushed appointments. With a patient volume of 2 patients per hour , you’ll have time to evaluate, treat, educate, and adjust plans based on real patient progress.

The work centers on helping patients recover from injury, surgery, pain, weakness, and mobility limitations so they can return to daily life with better function.

Position Snapshot

• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
• Clinic: PT-owned
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility work, and functional training
• Track patient progress and update plans of care
• Educate patients on home exercises, posture, and movement safety
• Document evaluations, treatments, reassessments, and discharges
• Coordinate with PTAs and clinic staff to support patient care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
