Hybrid HR Generalist - Talent, Benefits & Culture Partner

ECCO in the United States is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to support day-to-day HR programs across the employee lifecycle. You will own full-cycle recruitment, administer benefits, and ensure policy compliance while partnering with leaders to enable sound people decisions. The hybrid role requires onsite presence at our Salem, NH corporate office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an HR generalist and 3+ years in recruitment, with proficiency in #J-18808-Ljbffr ECCO
