Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial OfficerCapital CFO+ outsources bookkeeping and financial oversight services to small-to-mid-sized companies and nonprofits. The position is responsible for a roster of clients with flexible scheduling. Position is home office based with on-site work at client locations required. Our experienced team of consultant CFOs is responsible for managing clients' finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, recordkeeping, and financial reporting. Our CFOs are also responsible for the analysis of data.We are seeking both CFOs experienced in business, and those experienced in managing finances for non-profit organizations.Duties:Preparation and management of Financial StatementsStrategic Planning & BudgetingEnsuring segregation of costsAct as liaison and manage reporting and relationships with a company's bank, insurance & external auditorsPartner Resource: navigate the process with and for our clients to make sure they are covered in all areas of their business.Experience/skills needed:1-3 years' experience as a CFO or controller requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree in accountingAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsQuickBooks, desktop, and online requiredDeadline-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentConfidentiality in all interactions with clientsTime management with the ability to multi-taskSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionCapital CFO + is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
