Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Acute Care Hospital | Day Shift | Relocation Assistance Available

Location: Salina, KS
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Pay Range: $28.00+/hour (Based on education and experience)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join an acute care hospital Respiratory Therapy team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for experienced Respiratory Therapists as well as new graduates looking to build their career in a supportive clinical environment.

The Respiratory Therapist will provide high-quality respiratory care services, assess patient needs, deliver prescribed treatments, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient conditions, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC required
• Current Kansas Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility required
• 1+ year of Respiratory Care experience preferred
