Job Overview The Insulation Installer is responsible for installing insulation safely, efficiently, and to company standards on every job. This role requires showing up on time, following the scope of work, doing the job right the first time, and maintaining professionalism on customer job sites. Installers are expected to be accountable for their quality, productivity, and conduct. Job Title: Insulation Installer Reports To: Service Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview The Insulation Installer is responsible for installing insulation safely, efficiently, and to company standards on every job. This role requires showing up on time, following the scope of work, doing the job right the first time, and maintaining professionalism on customer job sites. Installers are expected to be accountable for their quality, productivity, and conduct. Responsibilities Installation & Quality Install insulation per company standards, Job notes, and manufacturer requirements. Ensure proper coverage, depth, uniformity, and R-value on every job. Complete work correctly the first time to avoid callbacks and rework. Protect customer property and keep job sites clean, safe, and organized. Perform full cleanup at the end of each job. Take 4 photos at each stage of the job and upload them to the customer account (pre-removal, post-removal, post-installation) Take photos of Attic card, damages, and other issues or abnormalities inside the attic and upload them to the customer account Productivity & Attendance Be on time to the shop (6:30am) and job sites (8am unless specified in notes) , ready to work. Complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes. Maintain consistent productivity and meet daily and weekly expectations. Accurately document job completion, materials used (insulation bags and removal bags), and any issues. Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Use PPE correctly and consistently. (This includes the company issued uniform) Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely. Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries immediately. Unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Equipment, Materials & Vehicles Take care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles. Use materials correctly and minimize waste. Report damaged or missing equipment promptly. Company property is for work use only. Professional Conduct Represent the company professionally at all times. Follow company grooming and dressing standards Follow directions from supervisors and leadership. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and coworkers. Maintain a team-first attitude. Requirements Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in attics and tight spaces. Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments. Ability to follow instructions and job scopes. Valid driver's license if required for the role.
