At Clothes Mentor we buy & sell gently used designer handbags, clothing, shoes & accessories. PASSION FOR FASHION? Clothes Mentor is always looking for individuals with amazing customer service skills that also have a passion for fashion. If you are interested in working with a fun group of people, great customers, and our ever-changing inventory, you are in the right place! SUPPORTING SMALL! Clothes Mentor stores are all individually owned and operated. There are many Clothes Mentor stores throughout the United States, each serving its local community by both buying and selling high-quality items. The concept puts money back into the pockets of the people within the community and promotes the reuse of goods, which also benefits the environment. Our Women's Resale Buyer & Style Specialists at Clothes Mentor are an extremely crucial and important aspect to the success of the store. Here are a few of the requirements for this position:
- Provide top level, amazing customer service to every customer.
- Typical duties include: greeting customers and assessing their fashion needs; operating computerized POS registers; inspecting, sorting, entering items customers wish to sell; filling racks with fresh inventory; answering incoming telephone calls; assisting customers with fitting rooms; cleaning duties; loss prevention awareness; other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be "fashion forward", recognizing the latest trends and styles in women's apparel and accessories. A natural, deep understanding of women's "better brand" fashion trends is required to assist our customers who are buying and/or selling to Clothes Mentor.
- Our team needs to be available to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
- This is a high energy and fast paced environment!
