Balance Sheet Forecasting & Analytics is responsible for forecasting the balance sheets, Net Interest Income (NII) and capital actions in our business-as-usual FP&A and CCAR exercises. The team forecasts balance sheets with approximately $490 billion in consolidated assets, comprised of fixed-income investment portfolios totaling over $225 billion, consumer loan portfolios with approximately $165 billion in balance, an additional $70 billion in off-balance-sheet brokered deposit agreement notional investments, and $50 billion in derivative positions.The Manager, Balance Sheet Forecasting & Analytics is a critical team member role within Corporate Treasury, responsible for executing forecasting processes to produce outputs, analytics, and insights that inform senior executive decision-making, investor communications, and regulatory submissions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role serves as a key contributor in producing and explaining results of the forecast. Additionally, the Manager has accountability for supporting the end-to-end delivery, alignment to strategic objectives, and consistent execution. The Manager is a contributor on a team of approximately four professionals across multiple locations.This role is responsible for supporting the team’s forecasting and analytical capabilities while continuing to promote process improvement through modeling, automation, and process efficiency. Key areas of focus include strengthening business-as-usual forecasting, enhancing analytical depth, and expanding capabilities across NII forecasting, stress testing, and forward-looking scenario analysis. The Manager contributes to the development and execution of NII forecasting frameworks, including modeling approaches, attribution methodologies, and scenario analysis used to understand financial performance and key drivers.In partnership with Finance, Risk, Technology, and other business stakeholders, the Manager is accountable for learning and improving data architecture, enhancing forecast integration, and strengthening end-to-end processes to increase transparency, consistency, and responsiveness to changing business conditions.
