Senior Property Assessor & Grand List Lead
City of Stamford
City of Stamford seeks an experienced Assessor to administer equitable real and personal property assessments and certify the annual Grand List. This role requires leadership, strategic oversight, and strong knowledge of state assessment statutes.
The successful candidate will review field notes, inspect properties, direct reassessments, prepare annual reports, and testify in court when necessary. A CT Assessor II certification and a decade of municipal experience are required.
