We are hiring a Barista to join our team at Mudslingers Drive-Thru. We serve high-quality drinks and food in a fast-paced environment where quick service, reliability, and clear communication matter most. If you have barista or drive-thru experience and thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented setting, we’d love to hear from you. Pay- $17-20+ an hour (tips included) We are hiring a BWhat We’re Looking For:We’re seeking someone who brings:- Experience : At least 6 mos+ of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop/drive-thru environment
- Customer Focus : A friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to make people’s day better.
- Attention to Detail : The ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
- Team Spirit : A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. What You’ll Be Doing As a Barista, you are key to keeping our drive-thru running smoothly. Here is what your day-to-day role involves: Beverage Preparation: Handcraft a wide range of coffee and specialty drinks with speed, accuracy, and attention to quality. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, process orders accurately, and maintain a fast, friendly drive-thru experience. Shop Operations & Cleanliness: Keep workstation areas, equipment, and stock clean, organized, and ready for high-volume shifts. Teamwork: Work closely with shift partners to keep order times low and service consistent.
