RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER – DIRECT HIRE

Orange County & Los Angeles County, CA
ORR Construction Company is seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to join our construction team. We are looking for a reliable and skilled plumber who can perform residential plumbing work on new construction, additions, remodels, and ADU projects.
PAY: $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
POSITION: Full-Time | Direct Hire
WORK AREA: Orange County & Los Angeles County
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installation and repair
- Perform underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing
- Install water supply, drain, waste, and vent piping
- Install plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, tubs, showers, and related equipment
- Work on residential new construction, additions, remodels, and ADUs
- Read and interpret plumbing plans and construction drawings
- Coordinate plumbing work with framing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades
- Perform pressure testing and prepare systems for inspection
- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Correct inspection items and deficiencies
- Follow California plumbing codes and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Communicate material requirements and project status to the project manager/superintendent
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems
- Experience with underground, rough plumbing, and finish plumbing
- Ability to read plumbing plans
- Knowledge of California plumbing code requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Quality-focused workmanship
Journeyman-level plumbers and experienced residential plumbers are encouraged to apply.
