Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects
• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and other documentation
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all estimates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Drywall Estimator
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and materials
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

$70,000 - 90,000 per year
