Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive care to patients and their families throughout various stages of life.
- Develop and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination among different healthcare disciplines.
- Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.
- Utilize high-risk labor and delivery experience to enhance patient outcomes.
- Conduct fetal monitoring and provide antepartum care as needed.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Current certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory.
- Experience with the Epic electronic health records system is required.
- Proven ability to adapt to varying clinical skill requirements and work within a multidisciplinary team.
This position involves a rotating shift schedule, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of patients and the healthcare team.
