Description SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION Roofing Market Leader - Lincoln, NE Lead the Roofing Revolution in Lincoln! Are you a proven leader ready to build something exceptional in Nebraska's capital? We're seeking a dynamic Market Leader to establish and grow our residential roofing operations in Lincoln and surrounding areas. What You'll Do:
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of 5-6 roofing professionals
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the Lincoln metro area
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
- Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development
- Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders
- Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure
- Partial premium assistance for health insurance
- 401k retirement plan option available

- All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period
- 3+ years of leadership experience in construction or roofing industry

- Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor conditions
