Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Traveler may have to work in charge RN position at times. Start times for shifts are 7 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. The expansion of the department has considerably increased its size, allowing for a significant increase in capacity. The update includes an expanded lobby area and new space for personnel. Other features of the expansion include major trauma rooms, private treatment rooms, patient Fast-Track units, and an updated diagnostic imaging suite. The facility includes private triage rooms. Cancellation policy is not specified. Charting is done via Cerner. BSN is not required. Trauma level is classified as acute. Care setting is focused on nursing in emergency situations. Shift notes indicate a 12-hour night schedule. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC.
