Production Planner

Shift Timings: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM [Monday to Friday] Contract Duration: 03 months Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Scheduler to create and manage daily and weekly production schedules for a manufacturing facility. This role works closely with Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are available to meet customer delivery commitments. The ideal candidate will have scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working with ERP systems such as SAP. Job Duties / Responsibilities: Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules. Assign production work based on labor availability, equipment capacity, and customer priorities. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed. Identify and resolve scheduling, material, labor, or equipment constraints. Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams to meet delivery targets. Support customer order inquiries, schedule updates, and promise dates. Track on-time delivery performance and assist with corrective actions. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement. Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to manage scheduling activities. Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. Experience in Production Scheduling, Production Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations Coordination. Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
