Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with at least 1 year of experience and an active OH or compact RN license for a full-time day shift assignment in the Dayton area.

Details

• Home Health setting covering Dayton-area locations including Springfield, Medway, and New Carlisle
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full-time, 13-week assignment
• HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required prior to start, pending licenses not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with care coordination, admission criteria, and medication administration
• Case management and utilization review skills preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient care coordination, admissions, and medication administration in a home health setting
• First-time travelers are not being considered for this position
