As an entry level salesperson, you will be given training opportunities and more to ensure you are successful. Please understand this is a 1099 Commissioned position which means you have the potential to make as much money as you want. The opportunity is there but you got to bet on yourself. Responsibilities: Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and position our solutions effectively. Prepare and Present Proposals: Create compelling proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of our roofing solutions, address client concerns, and demonstrate the value proposition for partnering with us. Negotiate and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project management process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion.
