About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscaper to join our team, performing high-quality residential maintenance and commercial groundskeeping. Reporting directly to the business owner, you will support landscape installations, routine lawn care, seasonal upkeep, irrigation maintenance, and full job-site cleanups.

This role offers strong professional growth, with clear pathways to advance into a Crew Lead , Irrigation Specialist , or Landscape Design Specialist .

Key Responsibilities

• Seasonal Services & Fall Clean Up: Perform comprehensive autumn leaf removal, bed winterization, seasonal debris clearing, and fall lawn prep to keep properties pristine year-round.
• Landscape Installation: Assist with installing new plantings, softscapes, and hardscape-related elements.
• Lawn & Grounds Maintenance: Perform routine residential and commercial lawn care, mowing, edging, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning & Trimming: Properly prune trees, shrubs, hedges, and other plantings to promote healthy growth and appearance.
• Irrigation Upkeep: Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain irrigation systems and watering equipment.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, mowers, string trimmers, irrigation equipment, skid steers, and compact machinery.
• Application: Apply pesticides and fertilizers safely as directed, ensuring compliance with all local and environmental regulations.
• Site Cleanup: Ensure clean, safe, and immaculate job sites after completing all daily projects.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of landscape design principles, irrigation systems, and lawn maintenance.
• Specialized Skills: Prior experience or training in hardscape installation and safe pesticide application.
• Equipment Operation: Demonstrated ability to safely operate standard landscaping tools and compact heavy machinery (mowers, trimmers, skid steers).
• Skills & Abilities: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the physical stamina required to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
