Functional Demands: - Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently. - Frequent reaching, handling, and feeling as essential activities of daily nursing. - Occasionally stooping and kneeling to meet the needs of patients. Organizational Expectations: - Exhibit achievement motivation and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. - Demonstrate initiative and interpersonal effectiveness while promoting teamwork. - Cultivate a customer-service-oriented mindset and engage in analytical thinking. Job Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred. - 1 year of Telemetry experience preferred. - 1 year of Pediatrics experience preferred. - Current MA RN license. - ACLS upon hire OR must hold an active BLS card and obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire. - PALS preferred. Required Skills: - Demonstrates mature professional behaviors such as tact, empathy, and diplomacy. - Promotes a positive working environment for self and others. Shift Information: - 32-hour evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, every other weekend and holiday.
