Endodontic RDA: Expert Dental Assistant, PRN

Job Purpose – PRN / Temporary PositionThe Endodontic Registered Dental Assistant at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC, a temporary staffing solutions agency, provides essential support to Endodontists in various practice settings. This is a PRN or temporary assignment-based role, not a permanent position.The assistant ensures smooth and efficient dental procedures, maintains a sterile and organized environment, and delivers a high standard of patient care. This role requires a licensed professional who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in specialty dental care.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Endodontist during endodontic procedures by preparing and organizing dental instruments and materials.Perform standard Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) responsibilities, including taking and developing dental radiographs (x-rays), sterilizing instruments, and maintaining dental equipment.Ensure compliance with state regulations by maintaining an active Registered Dental Assistant license, CPR/BLS certification, and completing required continuing education (CE) hours.Utilize CBCT software and technology for diagnostic imaging under the guidance of the Endodontist.Assist with the administration of nitrous oxide (N2O) as per state-specific certification requirements.Provide patient education and post-operative care instructions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and ensure efficient clinic operations.Utilize previous experience with endodontic microscopes to support advanced endodontic procedures, if applicable.Required Education:Registered Dental Assistant license required by StateCPR/BLS active and renewalMaintain RDA license renewalMaintain state required CE Hours1 Year experience with an EndodontistFamiliarity with CBCT software and technologyPossession of Nitrous (N2O) state-specific certificateRequired Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in standard RDA responsibilitiesAbility to support an Endodontist effectivelyPreferred Skills and Abilities:Previous Endodontic Microscope experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
