Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist architect, connect, and execute unified cross-channel growth programs. This role will bridge high-level strategy with hands-on execution—driving qualified lead generation and elevating brand visibility across organic search, AI visibility, and content marketing, along with our expansion and partner channels and email program, and to support our paid media efforts. Day-to-Day Lead multi-channel digital strategies connecting organic search, AI/LLM visibility, content marketing, and email programs to generate qualified leads and elevate brand awareness. Execute on-page (entity optimization, extractability, answer-first structure) and off-page AI visibility strategies, tracking citation-share trends and AI Overview ownership. Oversee content strategy across managed sites, leveraging internal/external credentialed experts (legal, medical, advocates) to drive high-authority content. Collaborate with paid media teams on paid search/social audience targeting, ad creative, and landing page experiences. Manage external agency and vendor relationships, holding partners to clear briefs and performance metrics. Track full-funnel CRM performance and optimize channel attribution from initial lead inquiry through conversion. Drive strategy across non-search channels, including direct mail, sponsored content, print ads, and health/veteran publisher partnerships. Evaluate new channel opportunities regarding audience fit, creative needs, compliance, and ROI forecasting. Manage lifecycle and email nurture programs targeting long consideration cycles. Develop first-party lead capture assets (guides, checklists, tools) and measure performance based on downstream lead quality. Qualifications 7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role. Deep hands-on experience across organic search, paid media, and content strategy. Proven background adapting content and search strategies for AI search and LLM visibility. Familiarity with alternative acquisition channels (direct mail, print, sponsored content) and email marketing platforms. Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google/Meta Ads Managers, SEO platforms (Ahrefs/Semrush), and analyzing raw CRM data. Strong analytical and copywriting skills with a track record of driving B2C ROI. Bonus Qualifications Experience in legal, healthcare, or YMYL verticals. Familiarity with AI visibility monitoring platforms, behavioral analytics (Mixpanel/Clarity), call tracking (CallRail/Invoca), and CRO. Comfort using AI tooling and lightweight automation to streamline reporting and workflows.
