Quality Controls Technician

Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities and Skills Move costs that were miscoded in the project accounting system. Open new cost codes and maintain various databases with cost codes. Run a variety of project reports from accounting/reporting software on a monthly basis. Review shopping carts with proposed purchases to verify cost coding and budget. Organize and maintain supporting documentation for changes to the monthly forecast (change reports). Run weekly labor unit cost reports using Heavy Job and MS Access databases. Support project staff in organizing monthly forecast meetings with different discipline managers.
