- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Document student progress, maintain service logs, and complete required documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Prepare therapy materials and assist with classroom-based communication strategies.
- Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate and support the implementation of student goals.
- Maintain compliance with school district, state, and federal regulations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program.
- Current SLPA license or registration in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- School-based or pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently while receiving supervision from a licensed SLP.
