NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Commissary Manager at our high-volume food production facility in Palm Beach Gardens. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team in the fast-paced restaurant industry, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and operational efficiency.

As the Commissary Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our production facility, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the commissary, ensuring efficiency and quality
Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Lead and mentor a team of kitchen staff and production workers
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop and optimize menu offerings
Implement cost control measures and maintain budgetary guidelines
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards
Evaluate and improve operational processes for increased efficiency

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a food production or commissary management role
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Experience with inventory management systems
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
