We specialize in temporary and permanent recruitment within accounting and finance, serving clients from small businesses to Global Fortune 500 companies. The Sales Executive will serve as the virtual face of our business, prospecting, cold‑calling, and generating new business. The role includes cultivating relationships, negotiating, forecasting, and managing a set territory. You will provide exceptional customer service, sell staffing solutions, and partner with Fortune 500 clients to create the best staffing solutions for their organizations. What you’ll be doing Prospect and cold‑call potential clients Generate new business and cultivate client relationships Negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and manage territory Provide exceptional customer service and sell staffing solutions Partner and strategize with clients to create optimal staffing solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience in lieu of a degree. Proficient in cold calling, providing solutions, growing accounts, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations. Excellent time‑management: sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously. Builds relationships, interacts positively with all levels, remains current on labor and employment laws. Technologically adept: proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Skilled communicator: delivers clear verbal and written messages in one‑on‑one and group settings. Self‑motivated: displays relentless competitiveness in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment. Exhibits the 4 Hs: Honesty, Helpfulness, Human Connection, and Hopeful Spirit. Benefits and Compensation Salary: $50,000–$75,000 (location specific ranges below) California – $70,304–$75,000 Colorado – $57,783–$75,000 New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties – $66,300–$75,000 New York – All Other Locations – $62,353–$75,000 Washington – $80,168 Full‑time benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) or non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Paid leave: Personal Time Off up to 152 hours a year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave.
