The most important requirement is simple: YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3+ YEARS OF HANDS-ON LATHE AND MILL EXPERIENCE. Not machine operation in general. Not assembly. Not production line experience. We're specifically looking for machinists who have worked with both lathes and mills and can confidently operate machining equipment, read measurements, inspect parts, and maintain tight tolerances.In this role, you'll use lathes, mills, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools to produce quality parts that meet exact specifications. You'll read and interpret measurements in inches and micro-inches, perform basic math calculations, inspect finished products, and work closely with the manufacturing team to meet production goals.
