The Assistant Store Manager at Infusion LLC coordinates and supports all activities within the store, focusing on staff recruitment, training, and business goal planning. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining staffing levels, implementing training programs, and supporting marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support all store activities
- Recruit, hire, and train staff
- Coach employees for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and government regulations
- Conduct yearly performance reviews with staff
- Monitor training processes to ensure quality training
- Support local and national marketing initiatives
- Manage cash handling and daily financial operations
- Maintain cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate promotional information
