Behavioral Health Assessment Lead — Drive Patient Care

Columbus Springs Dublin is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital that joined Lifepoint Health to deliver compassionate care in the Dublin area. As an Assessment Lead, you will oversee initial response, assessment, and referral processes, and help determine level of care and admission decisions for patients in need. You will conduct initial evaluations, document symptoms and needs, collaborate with physicians, and ensure timely follow up while upholding EMTALA and Emergency Detention procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Memorial Physician Practices
