We are seeking a technical, highly organized Field Installation Manager to oversee our field operations in the Sacramento area. In this role, you will bridge the gap between leadership and field execution, managing 10-20 active commercial service jobs and leading our installation crews to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations: Oversee 10-20 active service jobs; schedule and coordinate 1-2 person installation crews.

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex issues in the field and provide remote phone support to technicians.

• Estimation & Logistics: Run job estimates, scope requirements, and source necessary parts and equipment.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all projects meet strict quality standards and comply with safety codes (ADA, fire code, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Commercial Doors & Systems: Strong field installation and service background with automatic doors, storefront doors, hollow metal doors, solid core/wood doors, and overhead doors.

• Industrial Equipment: Hands-on experience troubleshooting dock equipment, gates, and gate operators.

• Project Coordination: Proven ability running estimates, sourcing materials, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership Mentality: Prior crew supervision experience preferred, with excellent communication skills to interface with customers and internal leadership.

• Location: Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Sacramento area.
