- Set up and operate press brake machinery in accordance with production specifications and safety guidelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings and product requirements.
- Perform quality checks on completed parts to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve any operational challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
- 2+ years experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
