Key Responsibilities Keep the member safe and supported throughout the shift Provide companionship and engagement through activities such as: Watching movies Interacting with toys and sensory items Using the iPad Reading books or magazines Assist with feeding (all meals are pre-prepared) Support with toileting on a 2-hour toileting schedule Assist with dressing as needed Provide hand-over-hand assistance comfortably and respectfully What the Family Is Looking For Someone mindful , observant, and attentive to safety A patient , calm presence who can follow routines A kind , steady caregiver who enjoys engaging activities Someone with knowledge of seizures and comfort responding appropriately Experience with disabilities or caregiving is strongly preferred Schedule & Pay Part-time hours; schedule discussed during interview hourly rate through SDS (paid via fiscal employer agent) Training provided by the family; no certification required Requirements Must pass a background check Reliable transportation Comfort with hands-on support and following a structured routine #J-18808-Ljbffr
