Front Desk Receptionist (Part-time)

Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to fill the position of Front Desk Administrative Assistant. This part-time role requires a candidate with experience in administrative work and a willingness to adapt to varying schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain front office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Assist with any additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or front office role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Flexible availability to work the following part-time hours:
• Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM
• Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM
