You bring strong analytical rigor, produce consistently high-quality outputs, and influence outcomes across teams without formal authority.The WorkAs a Principal Operational Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a flexible, high-impact analytical resource across multiple intelligence teams. You will be deployed based on priority needs, surge demand, and cross-cutting analytical challenges, contributing across the intelligence lifecycle.In this role, you will:Deliver intelligence analysis across multiple domains, including collection, attribution, campaign tracking, and technical threat analysisProduce high-quality intelligence products that support operational and strategic decision-makingApply structured analytic techniques to assess threat activity and develop defensible assessmentsConduct quality review of analytical products, including attribution and campaign analysisSupport cross-team coordination and contribute to priority intelligence efforts without formal management responsibilityProvide surge support to high-priority intelligence requirements and emerging threat scenariosMentor and onboard analysts across multiple teams, contributing to overall analytical capability developmentBrief senior stakeholders on intelligence findings, often on short timelinesTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you needMinimum 8 years of professional experience in cyber threat intelligence (CTI), cyber operations, or intelligence analysisMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience across at least two intelligence disciplines, including collection, attribution, campaign analysis, or technical threat analysisMinimum 3 years of experience using at least one Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) and at least 2 years of experience leveraging commercial CTI providers (e.g., Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Intel 471, Cybersixgill)Minimum 3 years of experience applying the MITRE ATT&CK framework in intelligence analysis, reporting, or threat modelingMinimum 3 years of experience using structured analytic techniques (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, key assumptions checks, diamond model) in intelligence productionMinimum 3 years of experience applying estimative language and confidence levels in written intelligence assessmentsMinimum 2 years of experience serving in a senior analytical capacity (e.g., deputy analyst, principal analyst, or equivalent role supporting operational or enterprise intelligence functions)Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Professional Skill RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver intelligence briefings to senior stakeholdersBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experienceDemonstrated track record of producing multiple high-quality intelligence products across different domains, including at least 10–15 completed deliverables (e.g., reports, briefs, or assessments)Bonus points if you haveWorking knowledge across multiple CTI domains without specialization in a single area to the exclusion of othersUnderstanding of the operational, tactical, and strategic intelligence levels and associated outputsFamiliarity with the full cyber threat intelligence lifecycle, including requirements, collection, analysis, and disseminationKnowledge of priority threat actors, major campaigns, and evolving underground ecosystem dynamicsAbility to conduct quality review and editorial refinement of intelligence products produced by other analystsExperience performing analysis that crosses traditional CTI boundaries, integrating multiple intelligence typesDemonstrated ability to influence outcomes without formal authority, coordinating across teams and stakeholdersComfort operating without a fixed team structure, adapting to changing priorities and assignmentsExperience mentoring and developing analysts across multiple teams or functionsHigh degree of discretion when working with sensitive intelligence and leadership stakeholdersAbility to consistently produce exceptional written analytical products that set quality standardsStrong editorial skills, including the ability to refine and elevate analytical reporting to publication-ready qualityExperience delivering briefings to senior leadership stakeholders with limited preparation timeCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
