Concrete Superintendent Will Have the Opportunity To:

Oversee heavy highway projects.

Interpret and implement construction plans.

Manage paving crew to ensure that K2 Construction's high-quality standards are consistently met.

Read, understand, and enforce safety policies and practices.

Communicate and schedule their work with other employees of the company.

Communicate with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers.

Complete projects in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent.

Experience with paving hand forms and flatwork.

Experience with ADAAA compliant sidewalk ramps.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work outside in heat, cold and inclement weather.

Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000, based on experience
