Coverage Attorney | Insurance Defense

Key Responsibilities Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work (will be a few cases) Possess superior analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product Maintain an average of 160 hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management Experience & Requirements 4+ years of third-party coverage insurance defense Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with bonus opportunities Remote work environment Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverage 401(k) with employer matching Additional reimbursable expenses approved by firm managementGenerous paid vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr Cox PLLC
