Account Sales Representative (Entry Level)

At Pro Solutions Group, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results while maintaining a strong people-first approach. We are a sales firm that conducts customer interactions in a face-to-face environment, with the ultimate goal of building genuine, lasting relationships on a daily basis to drive revenue and growth for our clients.
As a key part of our team, our Entry Level Account Sales Representatives are responsible for meeting with customers in person and building relationships on behalf of our clients. They present service options, simplify the onboarding process, and eliminate customer frustrations. The ideal Account Representative thrives in a people-focused role, is coachable, and is highly motivated to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and engage with customers daily in a retail setting
- Build strong relationships with customers on behalf of our clients
- Learn proven sales systems to effectively close
- Learn leadership skills as you grow and advance
Requirements:
- 0-4 years experience working in a team and/or customer-based business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, etc)
- Degree preferred
- Interpersonal skills
- Great Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently
- Goal-oriented
