This role combines program ownership, facilitation, learning systems administration, and support for key talent processes including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and onboarding. This position serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our Learning Management System (LMS), owns our Manager in Training and Supervisor in Training programs, and coordinates New Employee Orientation (NEO) at either our Chico or Mills River Brewery, depending on where the role is based. This role partners closely with HR, leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver practical, effective development opportunities for employees and leaders.What's In It For YouWe’re committed to our employees and work hard to prove it. We foster a culture of work-life balance and always encourage employees to use and enjoy their paid time off.What You Will DoCoordinate and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO), partnering with HR to maintain a consistent onboarding experience across locations.Support performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.Own and facilitate the Manager in Training and Supervisor in Training programs.Facilitate in-person and virtual learning for employees and people leaders on leadership, professional development, performance management, and other organizational learning needs.Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including system configuration, course assignments, content management, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting.Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and maintain eLearning, blended learning, job aids, facilitator guides, and other training resources.Coordinate and support other leadership, professional development, and Talent Development initiatives based on organizational priorities.Develop, track, and report on learning and development metrics, including participation, completion, learner feedback, and program effectiveness.
