We are looking for passionate people to join our team!We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within our Concord Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Concord, NC. Someone who is passionate about developing nursing staff, driving quality outcomes, and creating a positive, collaborative environment for both patients and employees. If you are a strong leader who enjoys mentoring others while remaining connected to patient care, we encourage you to apply.What You'll Be DoingOverseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and employee developmentProviding leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to nursing staff while fostering a culture of accountability and teamworkSupporting program growth through goal setting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiativesPromoting patient safety and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered careCollaborating with physicians, clinical staff, families, and support departments to coordinate care and address patient needsServing as a clinical resource and working as a staff nurse when necessary to maintain adequate coverageSupporting organizational policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with regulatory and licensing standardsLeading quality improvement and performance management initiatives related to nursing services and patient outcomesMonitoring and maintaining required competencies, certifications, and licensure for nursing staffAddressing workplace concerns and utilizing problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to support a healthy work environmentCompleting employee evaluations and implementing development plans when neededMaintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting requirementsWhat We're Looking ForStrong leadership and team development skillsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomesAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional judgment, integrity, and commitment to confidentialityQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferredThree (3) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience requiredPrevious experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare leadership preferredLicensureCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a multistate license recognized through the Nurse Licensure CompactTechnical SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related software platformsExperience with electronic health records and healthcare documentation systems preferredWhy McLeod Centers for Wellbeing?For over 50 years, McLeod Centers for Wellbeing has been dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by substance use and behavioral health challenges.
