Requirements What You'll Do as a Sales Associate: Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the sales experience Listen to each customer's individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle to help them select the right luxury or performance vehicle Present, demonstrate, promote, and sell vehicles using Performance sales techniques Develop strong knowledge of our diverse inventory of luxury and performance brands, vehicle features, options, and technology Provide a professional, personalized, and knowledgeable experience that reflects the Performance Luxury Sport brand Maintain consistent communication and follow up with prospective and existing customers Establish and achieve individual and dealership sales performance goals Assist customers throughout the entire purchase and delivery process Ensure customers understand their vehicle's features, technology, warranty information, and applicable paperwork at delivery Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused showroom environment Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business As a Performance Team Member, You Will: Put the customer and others first Ask for help and give help Create smiles Engage and build relationships Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results Ability to listen to customers, identify their needs, and confidently guide them through the purchasing process Strong organizational and follow-up skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
