Our employees are the heart of our company, and we look forward to the new addition.Compensation based upon experienceResponsibilitiesConduct physical examinations and assess patient health status.Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.Perform IV insertion and catheterization procedures when necessary.Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changesEnsure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.Manage accurate medication stock and MAR’s.Implement appropriate nursing interventions.SkillsStrong patient assessment skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with health coaching techniques to promote patient wellness.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and staff.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.QualificationsPass pre-employment background check and drug screeningRN license #J-18808-Ljbffr OKLAHOMA RECOVERY CENTER LLC
