Full relocation provided —we cover the logistics so you can focus on your business Two paid round-trip flights back to the U.S. in your first year Tropical climate, beaches, rainforest escapes, historic Casco Viejo, and a booming culinary scene Build your career while mentoring and developing local Panamanian sales talent What You’ll Do Lead sales efforts and act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts Research, identify, and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and lead analysis Develop a relationship with potential customers and grow it into a stable book of business Coordinate customer freight with available carrier equipment and provide competitive solutions Collaborate internally to exceed customer expectations and learn advanced sales strategies Mentor new hires and current employees on sales tactics, processes, and industry best practices Track progress of new hires and report insights to the Director of Sales Step in to lead the Sales team in the Director’s absence Work closely with leadership on pricing strategy, customer contracts, and closing deals Meet or exceed KPIs and department goals while growing your professional skills What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related sales environment preferred High school diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor’s in logistics, business, or related field preferred Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) Experience with TMS/CRM platforms and intermediate Excel/Google Drive skills (pivot tables, vlookups, reporting) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for mentoring and developing others Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Relocate and grow your career in Panama City Mentorship opportunity: help train and develop Panamanian sales talent Competitive compensation and career growth Be part of a collaborative, high-performance team Live where others vacation —tropical climate, Pacific & Caribbean beaches, vibrant food scene, and historic culture This role requires relocation to Panama City, Panama for a minimum of 1 year If you’re ready to lead sales, mentor local talent, and live your best life while advancing your logistics career , apply today .
