Senior Brand Manager

An established wine and spirits company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building iconic consumer brands. Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you'll own brand strategy, innovation, integrated marketing campaigns, commercial analytics and cross-functional execution while leading a small team and partnering closely with sales, finance, digital, creative and executive leadership. What You'll Do: Develop and execute annual brand strategies and business plans to drive growth and market share. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade marketing, events and shopper marketing. Analyze syndicated and consumer data to identify trends, optimize performance and influence business decisions. Manage the full marketing mix, including pricing, promotions, packaging, innovation, creative development and portfolio strategy. Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, digital marketing, trade marketing and external agency partners. Lead, coach and develop a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Present recommendations and performance updates to executive leadership and commercial teams. Drive product innovation and help shape the future direction of an established consumer brand. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of brand marketing experience within wine, spirits or beverage alcohol (strongly preferred). Experience leading consumer brands with demonstrated career progression. Prior people management experience with a passion for coaching and developing talent. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence. Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute. Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
