Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Wound Care Nurse LPN to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients'wounds. Develop individualized care plans incollaboration with the healthcare team. Administer wound care treatments, includingcleaning, debridement, dressing changes, and application of topicalmedications. Monitor and document the progress of woundhealing. Utilize advanced wound care products andtechnologies as appropriate. Educate patients and their families on properwound care techniques and prevention strategies. Provide guidance on lifestyle and dietarymodifications to promote wound healing. Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses,and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families,and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans and progress. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Ensure compliance with all healthcareregulations, standards, and policies. Qualifications: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)license in the state of Florida. Certification in Wound Care strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursingexperience and Wound Care Experience. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facilitypreferred.
