Job Title Project Manager (TI & Ground-Up) Location Des Moines, IA area Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company Overview A growing commercial builder in the Des Moines area working on local projects for TI and ground up work is looking to add a Project Manager to their team! Role Summary The Project Manager will need a strong background on commercial projects and be able to wear more than one hat for the company. This is a very tight knit group and everyone works as a team. Key Responsibilities and Duties Overall responsibility for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction as well as responsibility for personnel decisions that impact the project. Plans, acquires, reviews, develops and manages the project Manages all billings to ensure timely submission of payment applications and collection of payments from the owner in order to maintain a positive cash flow position. Manages the overall payment process and follows all prompt pay laws with the subcontractors.
